Shipping & Delivery Policy
We try to ship all orders within four business days. Tracking numbers, if available, will be automatically e-mailed on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Packages shipped by www.sanrocks.com are not insured against loss or damage. You need to check the parcel / packet while accepting the same.
Customers will be contacted by e-mail OR mobile if there is any problem related to processing the order or shipping the product in time.
For the orders intended to be received before a specific event or a festival, where specific delivery time-frame is important, customers are advised to place the order at least fifteen days before the expected delivery date. For urgent deliveries kindly contact us before placing the order.
We dispatch the orders through First Flight Couriers, DTDC, Professional, India Post Speed Post or any other feasible courier service. To get the ordered product on time, kindly ensure that your PIN code is clearly mentioned in the address.
